Author Biography: Stephen Brook is the author of the award-winning The Wines of California and has written for Decanter and Condé Nast Traveler. Patricia Gastaud-Gallagher is the former director of L'Académie du Vin and directs the Le Cordon Bleu Paris Wine Department. Peter Howard is one of Australia's foremost wine and food writers. He is the author of The Professional Waiter and Peter Howard's Favorite Menus and Their Recipes. Graham Latham is a senior lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Adelaide, Australia. Wink Lorch was the contributing editor for Williams-Sonoma's: The Wine Guide. Margaret Rand has worked as an editor at Wine Magazine, Wine and Spirit International, and Oz Clarke's Wine Guide.
